Good location, many restaurants and shops around, the room was descent as well, however the service can be improved massively, especially the reception and check-in, perhaps a quick course of staying motivated would be beneficial
Rooms are good, maybe for the more expensive rooms a little eye for detail is wishful. A torn in a curtain, a remodeled bathroom that shows all the old remains, no coffeemaker or hair dryer......but having that said it is a nice room, I liked the seat, the bed and pillows are comfortable and it is very clean. Rain shower, hot water, soft fresh smelling towels, complimentary water. Although close to the road it is very quiet, but the hotel.itself the is a lot of contact noise from other rooms, you can hear every step, every moan everything Room 1 has good wifi signal room 2 not so. Internet is workable/fast If you have room 1 you do not have that problem, only bathroom to bathroom noise. Room 2 had room to room noise. Secured parking, friendly staff. The gardens are beautiful, we did not try the pool.the water was not clear. It is a bit far from the town center but lots of places to eat around the hotel. I recommend it. Did I mention the peacock?
